Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because our products are perishable food items, we typically cannot accept physical returns. However, if you experience any issue with your order, including:
Damage during shipping
Incorrect items
Quality concerns
Missing items
Delivery issues

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
We carefully pack all products for shipment. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is handled by the shipping carrier, but if your order arrives in poor condition or you believe there was a shipping problem, please contact us and we’ll work with you on a solution.
